3.1 Paid Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected at checkout). By subscribing to a paid tier, you authorise us to charge the applicable fees to your nominated payment method via Stripe.Subscription fees are stated in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise specified. Prices may change from time to time; we will provide reasonable notice of any fee changes before they take effect.

3.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details. By providing your payment information, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

3.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your paid subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid content until that date.

3.4 Refunds

We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us within 14 days of the charge at the contact details below and we will investigate promptly.

4. Intellectual Property

All content published by The Weekly Lens, including but not limited to newsletter issues, articles, frameworks, graphics, and website content, is owned by or licensed to The Weekly Lens and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws.You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and read the content for your own personal or internal business use. You may not:

  • Reproduce, republish, or redistribute our content without prior written permission
  • Share paid content with non-subscribers
  • Use our content for commercial purposes without our express written consent
  • Remove or alter any copyright or proprietary noticesIf you wish to quote or reference our content, please attribute it clearly to The Weekly Lens with a link to our website.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:
